So, Taylor and I went to go see the premiere of Dinner for Schmucks (DFS) in NYC this week – AMAZING – MUST SEE. We could not stop laughing! DFS was a “comfortably uncomfortable” and clever movie – as the style of humor makes you feel deeply connected to the outrageous things that are happening to the characters. As Taylor likes to say, he felt “second hand embarrassment” for them.
Congratulations to Jay Roach, who did an excellent job of directing the odd couple friendship of Barry (Steve Carrell) & Tim (Paul Rudd). Thank you to Jesse Smiley at Andrew Buckler who dressed us to impress on the Red Carpet – we just loved our threads! Sending a special shout out to Jason Drew, who is “Bringing Back Classic Hollywood & Broadway” with AP-RED.COM.
